had "turkey training" at work last week. nine new seasons stores in the portland metro area. guess how many turkey's we've ordered for thanksgiving?
a: 17,000!
not to mention, a whole bunch of ham, duck, goose, and turduckens.
1. Turkey, 2. Goose, 3. Barbary duck, 4. Guinea fowl, 5. Mallard, 6. Poussin, 7. Quail, 8. Partridge, 9. Pigeon squab, 10. Pheasant, 11. Chicken, 12. Aylesbury duck

there a painter who comes into new seasons to buy meat, he eats it, and he also paints it. i once visited his studio and i said, "hey, i recognize that pork chop!" check out his gallery and flip through the pages for more painted meat.
