Obama is from the South side and Daley is the life long mayor, I don't know if there is much else.

oh ok. i've been trying to figure out what dirt anyone's got on barack obama if i am going to throw my full support behind him. so far nothing substantial. just a couple of books on amazon by right-wing authors rated poorly researched by the customer reviews. and his admission to trying cocaine which he once admitted to in a civil forum as one of his greatest faults/worst regrets, and so i think he is excused. there is something about him being connected to a tony rezko, a crooked realtor (not sure if that's the right word, mootown? - can i use mootown even though i wasn't there for the moniker's inception?) and there was something about daley being a corrupt politician who puts his full support behind obama. most of this stuff i am already dismissing in my mind but i wanted to see what a chicago resident has been seeing.

Realtor is correct (and a trademarked word!). I think the deal is all Chicago politics are corrupt so that's why Republicans are being pussies and whining. Daley is a bad ass muther fucker who tells people off publicly with out thinking twice. He could probably rape and kill an entire elementary school and still get re-elected with out advertising.

Tony Rezko is like the Kevin Bacon of important people in Chicago, you can connect him to anybody in less than 7 steps. Fuck, you could connect me in 3 (because I'm very important).

Vote for Obama, don't waste it on someone like Nader or you can only blame yourself when McCain take the oath (that's right I fucking said it).
